BioMy name is Jon.
I was born in Christchurch, New Zealand a long long time ago. When I was still very young, we moved to Wellington (well, technically, Lower Hutt). Then to Palmerston North a few years later, then back to Wellington (well, technically Lower Hutt) a few years after that. So I say I'm from Wellington to anyone who asks.
I have very recently returned from abroad, London to be exact.
I am an accountant by profession (booo, hiss I hear you say). I like to think I am not your stereotypical accountant. I have tried my darndest to add some flair to the profession (such as my ability to swear like a sailor, and my propensity to do so at work with the slightest provocation). I learned to be an accountant at Victoria University of Wellington. Well, not really, I learned on the job, but VUW is where I got the shiny certificate that lets me learn on the job.
Most the rest of the stuff about me is pretty random. I like games - be they computer or roleplaying. I enjoy sports. Normally those two are mutually exclusive, a theory I have been thinking on for some time.
